Regus Digital Solutions ("Disclosing Party") and our prospective clients or partners ("Receiving Party") wish to explore business and technology development opportunities under strict confidentiality.
Confidential Information includes all business plans, software architecture, proprietary source code, database schemas, API keys, pricing models, and trade secrets shared during consultation or project execution.
Both parties agree to hold all confidential data in strict confidence, use it exclusively for the agreed project development scope, and never disclose it to unauthorized third parties without prior written consent.
The obligations of confidentiality shall remain in effect for a period of three (3) years from the date of disclosure or project completion.
